The
largest challenge in the history of America will be the transition away from
our oil-based economy into an alternative energy solution. As oil prices rise, everyone will
be affected. Within ten years, oil may become so expensive that only the
military, corporations and government will be able to afford it. With the
world running out of cheap and easy to access oil, the increasing costs will
lead to huge disruptions of our economy. There are many solutions to this
crisis including a mix of alternative energy and renewable energy technology and new modes of transport that
can be found at Energy Park One.
Airpark Village, LLC, the developer, owns 152 acres including a former
airpark near downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. We see the need and
articulate a plan for developing a multi-billion dollar Research and
Development campus for renewable energy and alternative energy. We are seeking a $30 million joint
venture partner.
$30 million capital will provide the basic economic generator shown on the
following pages to attract a research industry to Energy Park One to develop
systems and infrastructure that help transition America away from its
addiction to oil and fosters the use of alternativeenergy and renewable
energy.
This JV
incubates a $1 Billion Village by providing the infrastructure such as a
parkway, utilities, water, transport guideway, broadband communications and other
shared infrastructure. This will be used to attract companies to locate a
field office, shop or lab at Energy Park One or the surrounding industrial
area on the south side.
The
joint venture will build an 80,000 s.f. warehouse to house five alternative
and renewable energy laboratories and a small alternative transit test track. We will use this investment to attract a
consortium of interests to package and market Green Bonds. This National
Stage will include a conference center above
the warehouse, a tradeshow hall and hotel and condominiums.
The following
Vision Statement provides a plan to accomplish this.
