National Stage - Partners

We are seeking a partner to handle the media distribution in a development project called the National Stage for Renewable Energy Commerce. The transition away from our oil based economy into new forms of energy will require $ trillions of investment in a wide variety of technology and applications over the coming decades.

We are proposing this “economic engine” to stimulate R&D in the energy industry and for global warming by building a single place where venture capital, engineering, inventors, press, legal, management and other professional services can interact nationally on ideas and prototype technologies that could accelerate America transition from oil.   This National Stage Complex will distribute media products from tradeshows and conferences about renewable energy to a national audience of energy professionals, politicians and academic via pay per view to their desktops. We also envision revenue streams from TV documentaries, DVD, data downloads and printed materials.

We expect to attract our audience by offering competition for start up funding up to $100 million per year for the best ideas and prototypes not yet in commercial production. These funds will come from many sources including Green Bonds issued by this project and managed by a consortium of well established companies that want to participate in the eventual commercialization. This project is seeking alliances with many partners in technology, media, financial, engineering, construction and others to manage this R&D Consortium and to operate this National Stage.

The tenant base of supporting services that want to be located adjacent to such a facility will grow a 5 million s.f mixed use development campus about one mile long on 66 city blocks assembled by the developer Airpark Village LLC. The developer is seeking $200 million in capital over 3 years to build the National Stage as a Joint Venture.  This project includes a 1/4-mile Skyways transport model and other prototype technology. In the first year, 5 research labs will be built. During that same time the design and engineering of the conferencing shown right will be completed, approved and made ready to build in the second year. This will be built over the labs.
